The Crime Victim's Program is a community based program through A Safe Place, Inc., that provides services to victims of all crimes in Warren/Forest Counties as their cases proceed through the criminal/juvenile justice systems. This program is funded through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) with funding through Rights and Services Act; Victims of Juvenile Offender, Victims of Crime Act and additional funding through the Warren County Commissioners.

Since 1981, A Safe Place has been dedicated to providing quality, confidential support services and advocacy to victims of domestic and sexual violence throughout Warren and Forest Counties, 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Warren County Children's Advocacy Center offers a comprehensive, centrally located, multidisciplinary team response to allegations of child abuse throughout Warren County.

Access to information about the status of offenders in County Jails, State Prisons and State Parole

The Victims Compensation Assistance Program helping victims cover financial burdens caused by crimes committed against them.

Warren County Children and Youth services are provided to children and families when it is deemed that a child is at risk of abuse or neglect.

ChildLine is Pennsylvania's 24/7 statewide hotline where anyone can report suspected child abuse and neglect to ensure children receive immediate protection and support.
